Our business
From Rig to Well
CG Oil, Inc. along with our geologist, look over many areas of interest to find potential drill sites. Much information is gathered before drilling ever starts. When a location is found, we lease the ground from the owner, potential investors are contacted, our regular drilling company is contacted and a drill date is set.
Once drilling starts, investors are given daily updates on how the drilling is progressing and how the drill stem samples look. When the samples and the tests all look profitable, pipe is set and completion is next.
Completion of wells
Completing the well includes setting up a tank battery to collect the oil that is pumped. Pipe will be trenched from the well head to the gun barrel where the separation of the water and oil will occur. The oil will then run into a stock tank and the water will run in to a water tank. The pumping unit is run on electricity so there will also be an electric line trenched.
